Classy yet homey restaurant on Main Street in Canon City! We were here between 11-12 on a Saturday morning and it was fairly quiet, only a few other tables. My husband and I both ordered the rise and grind burger. He upgraded his side to onion rings and I upgraded mine to the simple salad. We both thought the burger was simply phenomenal. I loved that the salad was chopped into small pieces and was brought out already tossed in the Parmesan Caesar dressing I had chosen. The onion rings were a good solid choice but we agreed that they could be improved upon with a good house made sauce for dipping. We’re suckers for a good sauce! The staff were pleasant and attentive. We plan to be back!

My husband and I stopped for lunch on our way home to Texas, and this beautiful, fun and charming place did not disappoint, in fact we enjoyed every minute! First of all we were greeted by the sweetest server, Trinity, who made us feel so welcome immediately!!! We had the chicken BLT, I had onion rings on the side, which were the absolute best I’ve had in years! The sandwich was SO delicious! You can definitely tell that everything is fresh! We highly recommend this restaurant, the prices are reasonable and like I said, we had the best server! Thank you Trinity! You made our experience even more amazing!

First time visit. Overall impression was that it’s trendy and different, without being pretentious. Had excellent loaded nachos with cold beer. We ordered a rise n grind burger and ahi tuna tacos, both were great. Good sized portions and great flavors, with decent pricing. Adding to our list for nice but lowkey dinners, and a good place to bring out-of-town visitors.

I am really into Fremont Provisions. They have a lot of delicious and unique items on the menu, and everything I have eaten is really really good. The loaded tots appetizer is insanely good, as is their Caesar Salad, Salmon Bowl, and anything ahi tuna. Their cocktails are a little pricey, but their happy hour specials are where its at. A great spot for a casual lunch or dinner!

Roy had the best service!! Was super amazing with recommendations and made the experience the best. Thomas who I believe was the front of house manager got my friend’s baby some french fries and unseasoned them without even asking! Provided us a tall high chair as well. Would definitely visit again

I hand out five stars sparingly... But this place is great. Small but strong menu. Great cocktails and fun food. I had the ahi tuna nachos and they were fabulous. One of the best dishes like this I'd ever had. Prices are a bit tall, but they're justified due to the quality of the ingredients, the plating and appearance, along with a strong staff!

Stopped by on a Friday evening, passing through town. We had the stuffed mushrooms, the rib eye steaks, and two ice-cold beers. The atmosphere was perfect, and it embodied what an old town should feel like with the flavors of an upscale restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious food, best artichoke dip we have ever had. Wongs were good and meaty with quit a bit if kick. Service was great and the open floor plan and history of the building is amazing. Highly recommend.
